Our largest warehouse is the enormous 650,000 sq. ft. facility located in American Canyon, CA; in South Napa. This warehouse is LEED certified at the Gold level. This facility features a 36 foot clear ceiling height, 24 truck dock doors, and 14 rail dock doors. Known as the NCDC, or Napa County Distribution Center, it could house up to 12 Boeing 747's, or fit 11 regulation football fields (including end zones). The security system is state of art, with 31 cameras covering the facility, a guard shack at the entry area, and a truck scale available for our customers and carriers. This facility is fully temperature controlled and designed with maximum energy efficiencies in mind.

This newly built warehouse of 330,000 sq. ft. is a collaboration between Biagi and Ball Metal, a Nationwide producer of aluminum cans. This Distribution Center provides outbound order fulfillment, supplying Ball Metal’s Northern California customers. Biagi Fairfield also provides truckload delivery services, with a 24 hour shuttle crew to deliver cans Just-in-Time to production. This brand-new warehouse is just off of Air Base Parkway in Fairfield, with 35 docks and ample parking.
